in response to manda's post, my vote goes to western cuisine d' fortune =) got a good feedback from my bro's friend of the place.. =D and it's true, we need to find somewhere more convenient.. in order to accomodate our plan.

bern and i think that it should be okay even if there's no internet access in the restaurant.. we can open up the blog beforehand.. and i guess even if the connection gets disconnected after that, the page will still be there.. =)

oh, manda. thanks for going to check out on the place. i'm sure it's a place where we can get yummy and affordable food, but maybe it's just not so suitable if we wanna go there in a big group for a birthday party, yeah?

As you can see from the picture, it looks more like a western mamak place than a restaurant. the place itself is located at some really rundown looking apartments. if all of us went, we could easily take up half the whole shop as it is only one corner lot. and they dont even have air conditioning!!

im so voting this place out.

okay ive thot of a lot of places, but no where that will allow pets. so i was thinking, probably what we could do is still follow half of the plan, that is let bernard bring steph to the dinner place (anywhere), then we jump out of our hiding places and do the flash thing, and she'll be all shocked and surprised. we sit down and have dinner, give steph her individual presents, and here the plan changes. after dinner, we all straight away say bye and go back home. then bernard, you will bring her back to the car, and when you're in the car, you blindfold her and tell her you have a surprise for her. because we all just had dinner together and already supposedly 'left for home', she will prob believe that we all really went back home and will think this surprise is something bernard personally did for her only. then bernard, you drive her to sam's house, or anyone else who's willing to offer their home, where we could maybe have two plastic tables and some chairs set up outside, with someone holding the puppy, and another holding the cupcakes that are already lighted up. then bernard will bring her into the house, where we'll all be waiting, and when she takes off the blindfold we shout 'surprise' and start singing her birthday song.

THEEEN after that we can use whoever's house internet connection to show her the blog on the laptop.

what say you??? best plan i can think of now. haha. this way we dont have to worry about whether the restaurant will have internet connection OR allow pets, and can just choose any nice place to go makan.

Ok, I just got the flowers from the shop just now at 1pm. Wow..I just got SHOT! OUCH! lol

Heh....lol..wow u really terlebih post eh..lol...let me count....1st,2nd and 3rd paragraph also dedicated to me..WOW..lol..I feel so honored.. *_*

Yeah...then we just follow ur whole idea ya? sounds great! she can look at the photoalbum while waiting for the food since its from all of us....the personal presents maybe leave it after the dinner.

Ok ok..so let me get this straight to all of u...(based on Manda's Idea)

I will get the map to the place (FOOD FOUNDRY) from Manda.....then u guys go and arrive there by 7.15pm? After that, u all set up everything lo...laptop and stuff..and decide where u all should go hide..haha...but I think better that....when Manda goes 2molo afternoon to see the place..that she try to find a good place for all the "Flashers" to hide...then show it to us in the pic..then at least I know where to direct her to the place...then u guys can pop out suddenly..lol...

So I'll reach Food Foundry by 8pm with Steph..without my laptop...since we're following Manda's idea....So I bring her to the flashing place...u guys flash her...then after that we order our food...and someone gives Steph the photo album...so that she can look and admire the work of Sam..hehe...then after that when the food comes, we eat...then after dinner..we ask the waiter to bring out the cupcakes..with already lit candles..with dimmed lights...then let Steph blow it...and make a wish...then after that...u all can start giving Steph ur personal presents...then meanwhile..someone try to sneak NIKITA near Steph..under the chair..on her shoulder, behind her...anywhere la..haha...then surprise her...then after that..

The final surprise!!!..haha...the waiter comes in with the laptop covered with a piece of cloth... (should we have drumrolls?) haha...maybe I try to find the mp3 of a drumroll then can play with my hp...with the laptop lid closed of course (Sam remember to set it so that when the lid is closed, it will not go into hibernate mode..just the screen will be dimmed) so that when she opens the cover, she might think we are giving her the laptop..lol...then she opens the lid..and voila..the blog is there...lol...I think thats about it? the plan? is that it? everyone agree? oh and yeah..the whole time I'll be beside her taking care of her..hehe...



Ps: So far all of her siblings have said they have nothing to say to Steph...I only managed to get Kenneth to say a few words...

And Kelvin (Her elder bro) nearly blew the secret of the doggie out! He told Steph that I was getting her a dog! Then I just denied and said a toy dog? CAN!! sURE CAN! lol....very dangerous.... =p
